But I did go into the city last night with my husband, where we met our younger son to see one of the TriBeca film festival movies, \u201cEclipse.\u201d&#160; It was terrific!<a href=\"http:\/\/lh4.ggpht.com\/_wMHmSKIt2bg\/SfNqJmr6RaI\/AAAAAAAAA24\/tK3xPpmeymE\/s1600-h\/TheEclipse_still1pref%5B2%5D.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" style=\"border-top-width: 0px; display: inline; border-left-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px\" height=\"126\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/lh4.ggpht.com\/_wMHmSKIt2bg\/SfNqKNWsi6I\/AAAAAAAAA28\/RexUl_XEOQY\/TheEclipse_still1pref_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800\" width=\"244\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>&#160;&#160; The music was especially wonderful, and I\u2019m bummed today that I cannot find <em>anyplace<\/em> to buy Fionnuala Ni Chiosain\u2019s music.&#160; Worse, I\u2019ve been reading about both Conor McPherson and Fionnuala Ni Chiosain, who are married, and both are so multi-talented that I just want to go crawl in a dark hole and lick my sorry, untalented wounds.&#160; He is a playwright, director, songwriter, and she is a painter (with work in the Irish Museum of Modern Art), violinist, and composer.&#160; The music in this movie is just wonderful, especially the choral works that evoke a requiem mass.&#160; <\/p>\n<p>Our seats were two rows directly behind the actors (Ciaran Hinds and Aidan Quinn), the director Conor McPherson, and Liam Neesam who must\u2019ve joined them as a supportive Irish friend.&#160; It was pretty awesome to be so near them and to realize that we were the first audience to see this film! <\/p>\n<p>And last of all, a visitor to my garden this week:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lh6.ggpht.com\/_wMHmSKIt2bg\/SfNqKaphFCI\/AAAAAAAAA3A\/bzSPm_y2bLU\/s1600-h\/april%202009%20turkey%20011%5B6%5D.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"april 2009 turkey 011\" style=\"border-top-width: 0px; display: inline; border-left-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; border-right-width: 0px\" height=\"184\" alt=\"april 2009 turkey 011\" src=\"http:\/\/lh4.ggpht.com\/_wMHmSKIt2bg\/SfNqKj16J4I\/AAAAAAAAA3E\/S7BJ9PblrEg\/april%202009%20turkey%20011_thumb%5B4%5D.jpg?imgmax=800\" width=\"244\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>> I am in the middle of another post that just doesn\u2019t want close, or be completed.&#160; So I\u2019ll move on and hope to come back to it this week.
